While serving time in prison for drug trafficking, Royale reflected deeply on the destructive lifestyle he had created for himself. With an earnest desire to transform himself, he vowed to ceaselessly study the life patterns and past decisions that led him to the loss of his freedom. Fortunately for him, by accepting full responsibility for his setback and through dissecting those destructive habits/life patterns, he inherited the skills that not only taught him how to transform himself, but also awakened in him the understanding of his life's purpose to help other people transform themselves and overcome hardship.

After his release from prison, Royale pursued the vision of teaching at-risk youth how to avoid the pitfalls of life he, himself, wasn’t able to avoid. He embraced this mission/vision by volunteering to speak to at-risk youth at various local organizations and eventually into the public schools system. When met with some reservation of him entering schools due to his prison conviction, refusing to stop at closed doors, Royale went on to pursue his dream of opening up an empowerment center where he could host his own seminars, workshops and provide a safe haven for community creatives to operate out of.

However, like with any dream pursued, hardships will appear. Royale was met with several new setbacks that threatened to sabotage everything he was working on. 

From financial difficulties, homelessness, the back to back loss of both his parents, children’s mother and bats with depression. Royale presently coaches adults with strategies and tools to help them remain resilient while facing setbacks in their personal lives, career, and businesses.

The methods that Royale L’radin applies to the journey through setback has earned him the sole title of “resilience expert; his slogan LET’S GET IT, ON PURPOSE, which signifies the audacity to act with a focused intention on the journey of life echoes through his commitment in helping everyone he works with get one step closer to their best self.
